no video with Prepare Cutting

Problems with some TS like this sample:

TS Doctor runs through Analysis, but when I click 'Prepare cutting' the video has gone, I see only a black window.

Any help?

Sample is working on my system. I guess there is a problem with your video filters. Go to settings/supported tools/LAVFilter and install this OpenSource filters. This filters are very good for previewing dvb recordings. After download and install, close the settings dialog with the OK button and the TS-Doctor will restart. Then you see a preview like this:
