Werbeerkennung funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,
neuerdings bekomme ich immer den Fehler
Commercial detect error [C0010]!
Dabei ist es völlig egal, ob ich die Frage nach der Werbeerkennung mit Ja oder Nein beantworte.
Ich dachte zuerst, es liegt an der neuen Version, aber der Fehler tritt mit der 1.1.46, der 1.2.5 und der 1.2.22 auf. Ich habe ich gesplittete Files (gemerged und nur die erste Datei) und ungesplittete Files probiert, immer dasselbe.

Ich hätte ja auch meinen Receiver in Verdacht (Octagon 1028p), aber bevor ich weitersuche, hat jemand eine Idee?

TS-Doctor deinstallieren und den Registrykey "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cypheros\TSDoctor" löschen. Dann den TS-Doctor neu installieren. Wenn Du das in dieser Reihenfolge durchführst, dann sollte es wieder funktionieren.

Hallo Cypheros,
bin erst heute dazu gekommen, Deinen Vorschlag zu testen. Habe den TSD vollständig deinstalliert, den Reg-Key gelöscht, auch das Programdata-Verzeichnis (unter W7 64 Bit).

Auch Dein Tool TSDInstCheck zeigt danach keine Installation mehr an. Allerdings muss irgendwo noch auf dem Rechner vorhanden sein, denn bei der Neuinstallation erkennt das Inst-Programm meinen alternativen Programm-Installationspfad vom letzten Mal. Und die Share-Testzeitraum-Beschränkung fkt. dann ebenfalls noch.

Leider alles ohne Erfolg. Kommt die Abfrage nach der Werbekennung, ist egal, wie diese beantworte. Es kommt immer der Fehler.

Bei Filmen ohne Werbung (z.B der Öffentlich Rechtlichen) kommt keine Nachfrage.

Der Installations-Pfad wird unter HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Cypheros\TSDoctor bei x64 bzw. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cypheros\TSDoctor bei 32-Bit Windows geschrieben.

Könntest versuchen nach der Deinstallation  auch den Key mal zu entfernen. Was auch seltsam ist, sind die fehlenden Audio- und Video-Filter.

keine Änderung, der Fehler bleibt, selbst wenn ich die Werbeerkennung in den Optionen ausschalte.

Hallo!
Ich habe exakt das gleiche Problem (unter W7/x64) - die Version des TS Doctor spielt ebenfalls keine Rolle, ebenso An/Abschalten der Werbeerkennung ... .
Ich habe "das dumpfe Gefühl" das die ganze Sache gar nicht direkt am TS Doctor hängt, sondern irgendeine andere Komponente die der TS Doctor nutzt die Probleme verursacht.
Gibt es hier irgendeine eine Möglichkeit der Sache auf den Grund zu gehen?

Wie lautet der Installationpfad des TS-Doctors?

Üblich ist "C:\Programme (x86)\Cypheros\TSDoctor".

Versuch mal den TS-Doctor als Administrator auszuführen (rechte Maustaste und dann "Als Administrator ausführen"). Wenn der TS-Doctor dann problemlos funktioniert, ist es ein Rechte-Problem.
