Output file location problems (Check only, Raw Cutter)

Problems arise if TSDoctor doesn't have write permission to the source file location (say, an UNC network path whose files you don't want modified over network).

Check only (file analysis)

The log file is placed in the same directory as the source file. Without write permissions the process fails and after a couple of error windows TSDoctor crashes.

Write permissions should be checked at some point, and a location prompt displayed if needed. (Preferably before the analyzing, since if you leave TSDoctor
to do its thing, you expect it to be done when you come back to it, and not waiting for your input to a prompt.)

A similar case, except here a target location can (supposedly) be supplied.

The UI shows the last used target location.

If the location isn't "touched"/changed for the current file, the source location is used instead (despite what the UI shows).

You need to "touch" the target location (e.g. change the directory and change right back, then click "Save") to get any other target location besides the source location.

Yeah!  ;D
I have told this very often already, the Boss is ignoring it so far.

Writing into the source directory is a massive No-Go! and should be stopped instantly.

Instead one should be able to define a "standard output directory" where the doc can write anything it likes.
