With version .114 and .113 I get the message "Too many PMT entries" during "Building video PTS list" no matter what file I open. This is shows recorded from cable-tv in 1080 HD, recorded with NPVR software. All video files I have tried runs fine in VLC and WMP.
Under Settings/Preferences/General you can activate the option "Extended options on open file".
Try to open the problem file again and check "Force new PAT/PMT" in open dialog. This way the PMTs will be ignored and TS-Doctor creates it's own.

I got this error today when trying to open an opera feed. "Force new PAT/PMT" makes the file open but I get only 4 random subtitle streams instead of 9 originally included. Is there any way to make TS-Doctor keep all of them?
No, not yet. At the moment there is a limit of 4 audio streams.
