Since updating to version 2.1 TS-Doctor has behaved strangely. When i launch TS-Doctor it opens the DVD tray, which is very annoying. How can i avoid this? I am currently on version 2.2.22 and the problem still persists.
I don't think it's a TS-Doctor problem. Sometimes Windows remembers drives you used with the application and tries to access them. If no disk is in the drive, Windows asks for one.
Close TS-Doctor, open Windows disk managment and change the drive letter for your DVD drive. Open TS-Doctor and the problem should be gone. Restart Windows before you try to set the drive letter back to the previous one.
