During the analysis phase the 'Details' button (among others) is greyed out, but if it is clicked the analysis goes off on a sleepy holiday. I clicked it accidentally while I was hovering over it waiting for the analysis to finish. It was in the PCR section at the time and that's where it stayed for a long time. TSD did recover, but a greyed-out button should be inactive IMHO.
Just stop clicking without reason during analysis. The problem is, that the application focus changes and the main application waits for someting happen. I have no idea to prevent that.
