This version is showing times an hour earlier than they were recorded, e.g. a pgm b/c at 8:00 pm is shown as 7:00pm on the timeline. I can't see where to set daylight saving or timezone in TSD to check if the issue is related to that. Times are correct when the recording is checked in windows explorer, so the stb is correctly set.

TD-Doctor can use different sources to detect the program guide and the time correction as time informations in DVB recordings are often UTC based.
If you process a recoding, TS-Doctor writes a log for the created file. The file extension is ".log".
Could you post the log of such a file?

Thanks for the log. Your recording has all data needed

It looks like you set your time zone to region 1 (UTC+10:00). There is a dialog to set that region the first time such details are found.

You can change it with RegEdit under the key "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Cypheros\TSDoctor3\Settings" change then value "UTCTimeBias_Region" to the correct one from the region list above. I guess region 2 (UTC+11:00) fits better.

I will make this value accessible in the setting for the next version.

Ah! Now I remember that. It's a recently new computer (Nov '21) but I only just noticed the time thing. I'm pretty sure the installer didn't prompt for a timezone. No biggy.
