Is there anyway to prevent closing a task after saving new file or could you make a option for this?
I have to open a file again manually every time, I think it is a little inconvenient :(

Why do you have to open the file a second time?
TS-Doctor can do everything in one step. If you have a recording with more than one show, you can split the recording and create several files.
