Fail to Extract Subtitle from TRP file

Windows 10 64-bit

I can extract subtitles from other similar TRP files successfully but not the above file. Your program did show there are 2 subtitles. But after cutting and saving a new file, no subtitles can be found in the resulting file. However, your program works fine for other TRP files.

I forgot to mention that I am a licensed user of TS-Doctor. Moreover, similar problem happened before. You can check recent topics I posted previously. I hope the problem can be solved again this time. Please help!

Fix the recording first. There is a PCR wrap in the recording, that cause the problem.
Open the recording and save it without cutting. The new file will be clean and cutting should give you good results with all the subtitles you want.

We will try to fix this in the next release.

Thanks for your solution. I never thought that I can first clean and export another TS file and then put it back into the program. This is a good technique. Now I finally get the subtitles.

Of course, if your program can do it without such additional step, it will be more efficient. Looking forward to your next improved release.
