I run TS Doctor on a TS file and it stops with the message "PMT invalid or missing". Why does it not fix it with PMT Rebuild?
I can access the menus but the buttons are all greyed out and I cannot find a log.
A minor point: TS Doctor will not start with my preferred explorer xplorer2, but will with the standard Windows Explorer. Not a problem but annoying.

Could you post the infos from the Log window?
If you don't see the Log window, you can activate this in the settings of the TS-Doctor:

The problem with the TS-Doctor and xplorer2 is a compatibility problem with the Trial edition. If the full version of the TS-Doctor is not that touchy.
I was experimenting with AltDVB. The channel scan produced 70 channels but 113 channels in the EPG. So I wanted to see if I could record one of the other 43 channels.
I ran TS Doctor with logging, and the log said "No video stream in PMT!", so I guess the answer is I cannot.

Could that be a radio channel?
No, it was a TV channel, but AltDVB was obviously not capturing it.
