New Forum Software and changed Board language

Hi,

just updated the forum software to the most current version to get new features and more protection against Spammer and other bad people.

But there are some changes. Due to the changed multilanguage feature of the forum, all users have their boards language reseted to German but you can change the language of the board back to the language of your choice (English or German) under your user profil settings.
