Slow start on windows 11

Hi.
Just gone over to windows 11 and tsdoctor loads up quickly but the recent folders box hangs for about 20 to 30 seconds. This happens when also opening new instances which makes it problematic for editing multiple recordings.
I have no network drives.
I can run it just fine in a windows 10 vm but am then limited by the speed of the shared folder.

Spec is a ryzen 9 7950x3d with 64GB RAM so certainly no bottlenecks there.

I've turned off core isolation with no change.

Could be a plugin/tool/file explorer extension that will be activated when TS-Doctor scanning a folder. Try to open the Taskmanager and check if a specific application or service is using noticeable more CPU time, as soon as TS-Doctor starts scanning the recent folder.
