Annoying audio glitches trimming TS with E-AC3

Hi,
  From version 4.0.22 until last 4.0.30  when trimming TS files with E-AC3 audio streams the resulting video clip has sound glitches.
  This behavior is *not* present in last version 3.2.XX (3.2.33) or in versions 4.0.XX until 4.0.21

I send several logs from distinct versions trimming the same TS File.
In these logs we can observe that the CRC32 of the resulting file is the same for the 3.2.33 and 4.0.21 but differs from the rest of versions
