Unable to try free trial version of TS Doctor 4

Hi,

I want to check all features available in TS Doctor before purchasing.
I installed trial version using TSDoctor4Installer.exe. I have also installed opensource tools asked by TS Doctor.
After launching the application. I am getting following error: "Incomplete installation of trial version!". Check attached screenshot.

Please let me know what is the issue and how can I test trial version.

Could it be, that you installed TS-Doctor as administrator? Then try to start TS-Doctor as administrator, too.
If this is not working, download the installation check tool from our homepage and send the report the tool creates to support(at)cypheros.de
