Unable to locate latest 2.0.X installer

Hello,
I've reset my PC and want to reinstall TS Doctor 2.0
I start on this page: http://www.cypheros.de/tsdoctor2_alte_versionen_e.html and select version 2.1.25

The downloaded file is named "TSDoctor2_Eng.exe" and the version string is 2.0.8:

I've tried to install using that  installer but it crashes with the tws following message boxes:

and it freezes

(and why this "2.2.24" version string in the box title?)

The version 2.0.8 is the version of the installer, not the version of the application. You see the application version in the caption if you start the application.

The version 2.2.24 is outdated and no longer work as a trial version. If you want to test TS-Doctor please use the current version 3.0.29 .

I've only a valid 2.X licence
Does that mean that I've to pay the upgrade to to keep using the version I've previously registered?

Oh, I didn't correctly understood (since you're only referring to the 3.0.*  version)

Activating the .lic file unlocked the app utilisation
