Players are PAT/PMT based ts files and editors are most PCR ones

I found out why durinng seek playback TS files (coded in FreesatView format) I'll get unexpected various change of time. When I click on seek position eg. 0:15:00 slider shows obout one second time 0:15:00 and the jump like frog into time eg. 0:16:12. This is because players used PAT/PMT table from ts files (I've manged this effect after repeairing ts files in TSPE - Transport Stream Packet Editor). Opened this file in TSPE, scan for errors, and save this file as new (additional setting on option Zeroing Timecodes). During saving new file TSPE creates from scratch PAT/PMT table.
But when I reinsert this file to TS Doctor I've got a message "Wrong start PCR Detected. Please fix the stream first." Program tries repair PCR timer in ts file which lasts obut 1 hour. Reinserting repaired in this way ts file into TS Doctor again causes this same error. I think in this situation PCR must be detected using just repaired PAT/PMT table instead of creating (I think) PCR table from scratch. But I can use Smart Cutter option Fix Video File which doing this operation. After this operation in TS Doctor I'll get on PES Error.
It's funny that - despite PCR errors in file (like TS Doctor detect) - after making all mention above reparation I was able correct handle this files either in both based editor.
But most of Video Editor is PCR based. Only some are PAT/PMT based (like VideoRedo).
Using version 1.2.155.
What do you think of this?

PAT/PMT and PCR are not related. The PMT contains the PIDs of the elementary streams and the PCR.

ZitatBut when I reinsert this file to TS Doctor..
Using several tools for "fixing" in a chain or loop can make things worse  ;D
