bug on saving cuts

Hi,
I found a bug in cuts saving.
I prepare some cuts.
I try to save cutting list but for error I click on "load from file" button.
When file dialog is open, i write a file name for the cutting list.
So when i click on "open" i receive message that file don't exist (is correct, i wrote a new file name becouse I supposed to be in save dialog)
So i return on cutting windows but:
- under the cutting list area i found all cuts (but are only graphical box with no screenshot form start/end)
- in timeline all is RED
- when i click on a cut i don't found the tiem interval on the timeline

so i must delete cutlist and make all from scratch.

i think that if the load command is not completed.... current cut list must be safe.

ok, I'll just repeat what you wrote to make it a bit clearer:
your bug is that your cutlist got deleted because you accidently clicked the load button, but thought it was the save button
resulting in you entering a file name which made Windows give the TSD an error back which the TSD didn't handle correctly

->your timeline is completely red after that and now you have to redo your whole cut list again because of this bug which is annoying

I want save.
For error click load
file don't exists (becouse filename i wrote is for new file to save), so i don't load new cutting list.
But when exit from load dialog, cutting list is inconsistent: graphic UI rememeber all cuts, but if i click over cuts don't match with timeline and more i can't save

I'll try reproduce and fix the bug.
