Settings for AUTOFIX commandline

Can I specify default DVB Subtitle streams that I will keep and remove the rest when using AUTOFIX commandline?

Also, I got another problem regarding the commandline jobs that I can't seem to solve.
I'm running the AUTOFIX command from Argus. TS-Doctor process is starting but goes to about 1.5GB Mem and doesn't terminate. Also no fixed file is generated.

I have tried running Argus both as system service, system service with Interact w. desktop and as a user. TS-Doctor gets run accordingly but same result every time.

TS-Doctor is a user space app and will not work as a service or can be started from a service because of permission problems.

What is Argus?

Argus is a PVR/Streaming server for Windows. I know some other users on this forum is using it.

It would be very nice to be able to run TS-Doctor automatically as a post-recording command to fix the file and cut out commercials.
