I have problems installing the TS-Doctor on Windows 8

I have given myself ownership, given myself more rights.

But nothing has helped, so hope someone can help me

Never saw this error message before. Does the folder "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu" exists?

Then why the hell is the setup trying to create that directory?
