Cut problems

Hello,
Just purchased the APP, and encounter problems after cutting the advertising manually
The process works but when I play the movie, at the location of the cut, the video goes at idle and I hear the sound in the background until the two catch up.

I have also a problem to open the preview.
Before the preview, the widow stuck on the filter, just before lading renderers

Seems to have much less problem if I use Windows (merit)
