Where can I find a quick guide about how to use the TSReMuxer? I have demuxed a recording and fixed the video part, and now I want to mux it back to a .ts file. Is it even possible?

No, TSRemuxer only accept TS as input. You can use free TSMuxeR to mux separate streams to TS.
