Batch mode: cutting into multiple files

Firstly thanks for a realy useful application!
For my needs (cutting ts files into multiple parts) I need only one more thing. After I split the original ts file in 2 or more separate files (with dialog "Split into mult files") I want to put this task into batch, but such possibility exists only for single file mode. I don't know how other users do this but I record TV by big sets (5-6 hours) and after cut it (for example at the end of the week or after the holidays), because of this batch mode is realy needed.
Other thing that was before but now disappeared (m.b. bug). Before last paths for opening files and for saving files were saved separately but now its only one last path. I think before it was more convenient.
