1.2.30 crashes on start

Check under XP, Win7 x64 and Win8 x64 but no problems with the Beta. Can you confirm that the problem persists even after restarting the TS-Doctor?

Just tested it on another computer also running W7 Ultimate x64, it seems that the error message only appares the first time after installing. Haven't had the time to test functionality yet.
