Hello!

First i want to say that i have bought my ts doctor license today. It 's exactly what i'm looking for.

Let me explain my problem:

I record my TV programs on an external hard drive plug in my TNT receiver. Then I connect this hard drive to my computer and open TS doctor. I open the .trp files from this hard drive with TS doctor and follow the process to obtain a .ts file that i save in a directory. Then i can read the .ts file with Windows Media Player.

If the original .trp file is in SD, I got pictures an sound.
But if the original .trp file is in HD, I got pictures but I got NO SOUND!

Meanwhile during the analysing of the .trp file in TS doctor the audio stream in E-AC3 is detected.

I've installed ffdshow and it's selected in the default audio filter.

Can someone help me to get my HD videos with the sound?

Thank you!

Hi, do you have a short sample (10-20MB) of such a HD recording?
Is the detection of the E-AC3 audio stream correct or shoud it be another audio format?

Hello!

Sorry for my late answer.

I got a file of 16 MB. But it's over the size allowed in the attachments!

How can i do for send it to you?
