Dialog boxes popping up in batch mode

I do most of my file processing in batch mode, with batch commands like
tsdoctor.exe E:\PROCESS\*.ts Autofix H:\PROCESS\fixedbatch\

I thought I had ticked all the preference options to tun off requests for confimation etc, but a few times while processing multiples files I've come back to find a dialog box open.  Typically it is letting me know it has found scrambled packets, and do I want to discard them (I think that's right, anyway it says 'recommended').  So I say Yes, and off it goes again.
However in a batch mode, I don't want to come back and find it stuck at the first file with another 30 to go!

It would be great if all options that could stop a batch run process could be presented in the preferences for accepting/rejecting when you first set up TS-Doctor.

If you set the dialog setting for the scrambled packets dialog correctly then the message boxes should go away:
