No audio during the cutting

I am evaluating the trial version of HS-Doctor. When I select the button Prepare cutting and I push the play button to find the commercial breaks the audio is missing (volume is max).
Where is the solution?

Maybe your system has not a compatible audio filter to decode the audio stream. Try to install the OpenSource ffdshow filter pack. That should give you audio.

Your siggestion has been okay, but I don't understand why on the tower with Windows 7, TS_Doctor works fair, on the notebook with the same OS I have encutered the problem regretted.
