Audio/Video syncing problem

When I prepare material recorded as HD video, I convert it to MKV because it is most common containet for most player. But my problem is syncing audio and video tracks aspecialy if audio is converted to MP# from original AS3 source. What is the best way to have proper syncing You propose? It is especialy importent when commertial clips are remowed from original TS stream. Can You help me? The material playback using internal PVR player is reproduce properly. Any idea?

Hi, install MKVToolnix and use the TS Remuxer tool of the TS-Doctor to create the MKV container. The TS-Doctor will make sure that audio (AC3) and video (Mepg2 or H264) stays lip sync. Before you remux to mkv you can cut out the commercials from the TS recording with the cutting funktion of the TS-Doctor.
