AC3 to mp3

I have problem with my Samsung TV equipped in DLNA modul and TS-Doctor converted HD files from satelite. It warks properly if video steram in encoded (natively) as H.264 but if voice stream is AC3 encoded it hangs from time to time. If sount track is in mp format or mp3 - all works OK. is any possibility to convert (using TS Cypheros) voice stream from AC3 to mpg or mp3?
