Technisat HD S2 und leider keine Lösung für fehlerhaften Zeitstempel!!!

Mein Ziel ist es HD Aufnahmen ohne Neukodierung auf Blu Ray zu Brennen. Leider vermurkst der HD S2 ca jede dritte Aufnahme und der Zeitstempel ist fehlerhaft soweit ich das als "Laie" beurteilen kann. Da hat natürlich fatale folgen wenn mann das file weiterbearbeiten will. TS4NP hängt z.b. während der kodierung oder TSRemux schafft wohl das Problem mit dem Zeitstempel, dafür ist das Video anschliessend auch um satte 10 sek. asynchron.
Nun habe ich versucht mit TS Doctor das file bereinigen zu lassen. Bisher ohne erfolg.
Wer kann helfen?
